Keyworker Letter

Hello! My name is Beth Dutton and I am an Early Years Practitioner at Sandy Bears and I cannot wait to be your child's key worker.

So, a little bit about me... I am 20 years old and have recently completed my Level 3 in children's care, learning and development. My favourite colour is pink and my favourite film is Marley and me. I love the water and my favourite animal is a dolphin. In my spare time I love to catch up on my TV soaps and spend time with my family and friends.

I have always had a passion for working with children and I am already loving my position in the Big Bears room at Sandy Bears. It is so nice to work alongside such a lovely team and having the opportunity to get to know all the children really well.

Working with children is such a rewarding job and I look forward to being a part of your child's development! I love being a key worker and getting the chance to focus on each childs individual development. I look forward to really getting to know your child, as well as yourselves as parents/carers that little bit better to be able to help and support their learning and development based on their current needs and interests.

Learning your child's likes and dislikes, their hobbies and interests and finding out more about them as an individual is vital to me as a key worker. Also, being able to form a strong bond with your child is important, so therefore I will be spending a lot of my time with them in big bears and would love to hear more about them and their lives in their home environment.

I look forward to being your child's key worker and supporting them through their journey at Sandy Bears.

Love Beth x
